Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as each item is made to order especially for you, if there is a problem with your printed artwork when you get it please contact us immediately.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund if it is damaged in transit or defective in anyway. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All care is taken in the packaging and delivery of your printed artwork with protective layers on the acrylics and the usual frame corners/bubble wrapping etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some address types, and we prefer to deliver to a physical address not to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box only please contact us. As larger items are measure 1.25 meters on the long side please shipping to some international destinations may not be possible. Please contact us with any questions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability or turn around time of making your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our product range comes from a stable source of suppliers that have been carefully selected for their quality and workmanship. Though we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products to you, we reserve the right to change this supply chain without notice. As a result, our pricing may also change without notice to account for any variations in the supply chain.

Orders and Payment

Payment shall be made in full at time of ordering.
Credit terms are not available.
Payment is required before work commencement.
Credit Card fees of 1.5% are billed on top of our stated prices.
Bank deposit direct is available via the details on the website.

Guarantee

All our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and delivered to you to enjoy. If any defect arises due to faulty materials or manufacture within 12 months of delivery your item will be replaced without charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper handling will not be covered in any way by the guarantee.
